J. Ricky Arriola / President and CEO
Mr. Arriola is responsible for the overall business development, operations and strategy of Inktel Direct Government BPO Services. Prior to joining the Inktel Team, Mr. Arriola held various executive-level positions in the entertainment, e-commerce, investment banking, and legal industries. Mr. Arriola holds degrees from Harvard University Graduate School of Business (M.B.A.), St. John’s University School of Law (J.D.), and Boston College (B.A.). Mr. Arriola is active in his community serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, the Young President’s Organization, the American Teleservices Association, the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Orange Bowl Committee, Leadership Florida and other organizations. He is also an Aspen Institute Henry Crown Fellow.
Dan Arriola / Executive Vice President
Mr. Arriola oversees the corporate Business Development team, as well as all Operations efforts of Inktel’s Chicago operation. Mr. Arriola has also held previous roles with the company including Account Executive and Director of Business Development. Having graduated from Xavier University, Mr. Arriola received a Johnson & Johnson scholarship to attend Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management’s NMSDC Advanced Management Education Program. Mr. Arriola is also a 2010 graduate of the ”Owner/President Management” Program at Harvard Business School.
Luis Gonzalez / VP of Call Center Operations
Mr. Gonzalez has over 20 years of experience in operations within the domestic and international contact and service delivery sectors. His expertise spans multiple verticals in the business-to-business and business-to-consumer sectors managing operations for telecommunications, e-commerce, automotive, retail and financial services companies. He oversees all of Inktel’s inbound and outbound contact center operations. In Mr. Gonzalez’s contact center career, he has successfully overseen operations that serviced many industry-leading brands such as Verizon, MSN.com, AOL.com, American Express, Sprint/Nextel, BellSouth and AT&T. Mr. Gonzalez has also been involved in leadership roles in the ATA and DMA. He is the current President of the Florida ATA.
AJ Morales / Director of Business Development
Mr. Morales handles the business development opportunities at Inktel. He has over 11 years of experience in the direct marketing and sales industry with focus on sales, direct mail, strategy, production and analytics. His past clients have included many industry-leading brands such as Club Med, American Express, Office Depot and Carnival Cruise Lines. He is a graduate of the University of Central Florida where he received a B.A. in marketing and a minor in Spanish. Mr. Morales is also actively involved in the FDMA, AMA and the Miami-Dade Broadband Coalition.
